Hello Bellmore Families!

It takes just a few minutes to become a member of our PTA. Also, it doesn't mean you have to volunteer.

We offer 3 types of membership:

• Individual ($15) 
• Family (includes 2 people, $20) 
• Teacher/Staff ($10)

As a member you have opportunities to volunteer at school and in the community during PTA events. Become an advocate and voting voice.

Class lists with parent/guardian contact information are compiled and distributed to each child in the class. This is a great resource when planning parties, playdates, etc. throughout the year.

NEW! We're giving EVERY student a Bellmore Stars shirt that can be worn during field trips and field day.

Please complete ONE form per child. 

Classes collect funds from each family in grades K-6. These funds purchase items for parties and events in the class, as well as a small holiday and year-end gift card on behalf of the students for the primary teacher and inclusion teacher. 

Be sure to send in the proper section of the form. If you are in an inclusion class, that is the bottom half of the paper.
